UAE White-Glove Delivery

All UAE orders are delivered by FAMM’s in-house delivery team, ensuring safe handling, premium presentation, and careful placement of each piece.

Every delivery includes:

  • Thoughtful preparation
  • Protective premium packaging
  • Special attention to fragile items
  • Respectful in-home service

Abu Dhabi is fully included within our UAE White-Glove Delivery service.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Times

    UAE – Dubai & Abu Dhabi

    • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days
    • Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to shipping partner or operational delays.

    UAE deliveries are scheduled within a delivery window, and our team will contact customers to confirm the delivery date.

    International

    • International shipping timelines are calculated from the dispatch date and may be affected by customs clearance, local regulations, or courier processing times.
    • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to follow your shipment until delivery.

    Shipping Fees

    Shipping fees are fixed and vary according to the delivery location:

    • Dubai: 40 AED

    • Abu Dhabi: 140 AED

    The applicable shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

    • Free shipping is available on orders above AED 350.

    Delivery Requirements

    • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
    • Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional charges.

     

    International Shipping

    International Air Freight (California & Houston)

    For clients in California and Houston, all orders are shipped via international air freight to ensure speed, safety, and careful handling.

    Because each order varies in size, weight, and composition:

    • Shipping costs are calculated individually
    • After checkout, our team will contact you with:
      • A transport quote
      • An estimated delivery timeline
    • Orders are confirmed only after shipping quote approval
    • We do not offer refunds for international purchases.

    Important Notice:
    Shipping quotes refer exclusively to transportation costs.
    Customs duties, local taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
